Occupying a modest 0.035ha infill plot in one of the UK's largest villages in Dorset, the building design is an ultra low carbon 1500sqft hempcrete insulated timber frame four bedroom chalet bungalow, with local stone foundations and plinth, and finished with lime render, vertical timber cladding and light weight recycled car tire roof tiles.

The design will also feature triple glazing, integrated solar roof panels, air source heat pump, rain water harvesting, electric and heat battery storage and electric car charging, as well as a bespoke timber carport with shed, sauna and solar panel roof.
