House renovation & loft conversion
An extensive redevelopment and loft conversion of a 1930’s bungalow, extending and remodelling the garage, bathroom, kitchen and loft space, featuring an array of adjoining glass, pitched and flat rooves.
This was an ambitious and complicated project at every stage, taking over twelve months to achieve planning permission and to find the right builder, with a further eight months to complete the build.
Role: Interior, exterior, structural and detail design, and project management.
